Michael Sloss

Michael Sloss brings over 24 years of direct experience financing and developing affordable housing at the national, state and local levels to ROC USA Capital. Prior to joining ROC USA Capital, he spent nine years with Enterprise Community Loan Fund financing affordable housing across the country, including developing specialized acquisition loan funds, products and lending partnerships. Michael developed and structured credit enhanced acquisition loan funds in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Washington, DC totaling over $170 million, raising capital from the private, public and foundation sectors.
Michael also has public finance experience having underwritten multifamily rental housing loans at the Maryland Community Development Administration, using a variety of federal and state resources including tax-exempt bonds and low-income housing tax credits. His career also includes 13 years working to support resident-controlled housing, as both a developer in Washington, DC and on the national level as a technical assistance provider under contract to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
