Local Technical Assistance

ROC USA™ Network has eleven Certified Technical Assistance Providers (CTAPs) serving 33 states at present.  Each CTAP is an independent non-profit organization with a background in affordable housing.  CTAPs are dedicated to providing high-quality and timely services to homeowner groups when their communities are ‘for sale’.
