ROC USA Certified Technical Assistance Providers (CTAPs) are local and regional nonprofits who are dedicated to providing high-quality and timely services to homeowner groups when their communities are for sale.  We currently have 10 CTAPs who provide services to manufactured home communities in 29 states.
