Mary O'Hara (Interim Director of Training and Development)
is a principal in Burlington Associates in Community
Development, LLC, a national consulting cooperative,
and provides organizational and technical training and
support to the ROC USA delivery system of Trainers and
Technical Assistance Providers.
Mary has 20 years of experience in the field of community
development lending and community reinvestment. Mary
has served in leadership positions at the Massachusetts
Urban Reinvestment Advisory Group, Boston Community
Capital, and the Institute for Community Economics.
Mary’s special expertise in community lending
includes loan fund start-up, loan underwriting, work-out,
overall fund management and general technical assistance
to community development financial institutions.
Mary holds a B.S. degree in Government and Human Services
from Cornell University’s School of Human Ecology,
as well as a Certificate in Carpentry and Building from
Wentworth Institute of Technology. She lives in Boston
with her family.
