Frank Wilary (Financial Planning and Development Consultant) of the firm of Wilary Winn LLC has been selected to provide financial modeling, financial management, and transaction planning functions for ROC USA. Frank’s areas of expertise include asset-backed securitization, asset-liability management, secondary marketing, interest rate risk management, software implementation, and has extensive knowledge of the lending process and its economics. Frank is Senior Vice President and co-founder of Wilary Winn, and has fourteen years of diversified experience in the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Wilary Winn, Frank held senior positions in treasury, capital markets, accounting, finance and systems.

This range of experience allows Frank to successfully undertake highly complex operational assignments. Recent projects include working with a very large financial intermediary to implement highly sophisticated asset/liability management software. Other recent projects include helping clients to develop loan pricing models which properly incorporate risk and targeted return; assisting clients to develop and implement interest rate risk (hedging) policies and procedures; and working with clients to develop financial models used to manage the retained portions of asset-backed securitizations.
