DANVILLE, N.H. – Rock Rimmon Cooperative, a 100-home community in Danville, N.H., has taken its marketing efforts online.
The community debuted its new marketing website earlier this week. Board Members are excited about the site and how it will help the ROC.
“It’s awesome, its beautiful,” said Michele Bardsley, Treasurer on the democratically elected Board of Directors.
The website is a great resource for spreading the word about Rock Rimmon to the community at-large in order to fill vacancies should they occur, Bardsley said.
“By keeping the community out there, it keeps people interested in it,” she said.
The site will also help to market the Veterans First project under way in the ROC, Bardsley said. Ten homes will be installed by the end of the year for veterans coming out of transitional housing. Half of the homes have already been installed, with homeowners moving into two out of those five.
Located in Danville, Rock Rimmon is just over a half-hour from Manchester as well as Hampton Beach. The rural community is perfect for those who love small town living and has easy access to both outdoor activities and convenient amenities.
ROC USA® has built more than 60 marketing websites for ROCs all across the country. The sites serve as a thorough online real estate brochure designed to attract new members to either homes for sale of vacant sites. The service is part of the ROC Marketing Program and is free to ROCs that formed since ROC USA’s launch in 2008. Older ROCs can contract for a similar site for a fee.
