ROC-NH’s Work Making Headlines Across New Hampshire

The team at ROC-NH is hustling this holiday season, working with residents from across New Hampshire to help with them  purchase their communities.

Residents from Lamplighter Mobile Home Park, which consists of 247 homes in North Conway, are holding meetings to explore the idea of resident ownership. Read more about the community they are working with in North Conway here and here.

ROC-NH, a program of the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund,  has a proven track record of success when it comes to working with manufactured housing residents. The Community Loan Fund pioneered the ROC model and has been supporting residents in purchasing their communities since 1984.

To date, there are 127 resident-owned communities comprised of and more than 7,000 homes  all across New Hampshire.
