CONCORD, N.H. — We’re no stranger to the work done by the Next Step Network®, so we’re excited for our new partnership in further promoting the use of affordable, energy-efficient manufactured homes.

ROC USA® recently expanded our relationship with Next Step by becoming a member of its national network of non-profit organizations.
Next Step educates homeowners about and helps them purchase a Energy Star manufactured homes, providing customers with significant annual utility savings.
The work goes hand-in-hand with what’s being done at ROC USA. Both are committed to providing efficient, secure and affordable homes for manufactured home communities, said ROC USA Founding President Paul Bradley.
“The Next Step staff were the first people I turned to when my mother was looking for a new HUD-code home to place in a ROC,” he said. “That probably says it all, right there.”
Stacey Epperson, president and founder of Next Step, agreed.
“We are so pleased to have Paul and his dedicated team join our network to further our shared goal of promoting factory-built homes as an affordable and viable homeownership solution in states and localities across the country,” she said.
News about the partnership was featured on MHVillage’s website.
