Tenured developer hired to lead Salesforce work

CONCORD, N.H. — ROC USA® is pleased to announce that Kelly Strauch has been hired as Salesforce administrator.

She joins ROC USA with more than 10 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator and developer at both nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

“Kelly’s excitement about Lightning Web Components and everything related to Salesforce is the energy we need to elevate our platform to the next level,” said Nicholas Salerno, chief operating officer for ROC USA. “Being a seven-times-certified Salesforce developer matched with her project management achievements, I am confident Kelly will bring our end users the best experience and a tool that on which they can rely.”

Strauch’s responsibilities include supporting Salesforce users, automating day-to-day operations and fleshing out data to tell a narrative. She has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Montana State University and has taken computer science classes at the University of Arkansas. Kelly will be working remotely from Fayetteville, Ark., and is thrilled to be working with ROC USA.
