Privacy Policy

We know your privacy is important to you. It’s important to us, too. That’s why we want you to know exactly how we treat your personal information.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to your use of the ROC USA website (“Website” or “rocusa.org”). The Website is owned and operated by ROC USA, a national nonprofit social enterprise organization (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). This Policy is designed to tell you how we collect and use personal information (as defined below) so you can make an informed decision about your use of rocusa.org. This policy does not apply to third-party sites or social media sites. By using our Website, you consent to the information collection and use practices described herein. This Policy may be changed at any time and is effective as of the date posted. When ROC USA posts new changes to the policy, the material changes to this Policy will appear in boldface text. If there are significant changes, we’ll let you know by posting a prominent announcement on our website. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Website, improve customer service, track user movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may also automatically collect information through “cookies,” which are small data files that are stored on a user’s hard drive at the request of a Web site to enable the site to recognize users who have previously visited them and retain certain information such as customer preferences and history. If cookies are linked to any personally identifying information, we treat this information as personal information. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you may be unable to access certain Website features or services. If you wish to block, erase, or be warned of cookies, please refer to your browser instructions or help screen to learn about these functions.
